Decorative pendant from a horse harness, unknown Near Eastern workshop. The pendant is in the form of a thick ring with a round eyelet at the top. The lower half of the ring is decorated with 16 notches. On both sides, the notching terminates in a pair of small round knobs. The pendant was probably an element of a harness. 9th–6th century BC end of the 2nd millennium–first half of the 1st millennium BC; Iron Period. Luristan, Near East.
