Amulet — djed pillar. Amulet in the shape of the djed hieroglyph with a pillar at the back; at the top a trapezoidal projection decorated with vertical striations and below four crossbars; the top of the shaft has horizontal incisions. Material: amulet; period: Late Period, Egypt, 664–332 BC. Dimensions: height 9 cm, width 3.3 cm., A vertical carved object with a symmetrical form, showing a textured surface in shades of pale green, light brown, beige, and hints of darker brown; the top has a rounded central ridge with tiered horizontal protrusions on both sides that create a stacked, ribbed appearance; the middle narrows into a slender, slightly raised central column with subtle linear grooves near its upper portion; the lower section flares outward into a trapezoidal base with worn and rough edges, exhibiting variations in patina and small surface pits and scratches.
