Bowl stand, unknown creator. Base for a vessel with an almost equal diameter of both rims. Both rims are irregular, with a slightly wavy line. The center of the base is empty. The narrowest part of the base is approximately 2/3 of the height of the entire vessel. Made of Nile clay NB2. Surface leveled, covered with an engobe, then polished. Vessel color: red. Complete, very well preserved. Set with bowl. Ca. 2494–ca. 2181 BC; Old Kingdom, 5th–6th Dynasty, Edfu. Vessel; height 13.7 cm; diameter 10.2 cm rim; diameter 9.3 cm bottom., A top-down view of a round, hollow object with a smooth, concave interior and a central circular opening, showing a worn terracotta surface with small pits and irregularities in shades of reddish-brown and darker brown, set against a plain light gray background.
