Bowl base. Base for a vessel with an almost equal diameter of both rims; both rims irregular with a wavy line. Center of the base is empty. The narrowest part of the base is approximately 2/3 of the height of the entire vessel. Made of Nile clay NB1. Surface leveled, covered with an engobe, then polished. Vessel color: red. Complete, very well preserved. c. 2494–c. 2181 BC; Old Kingdom, 5th–6th Dynasty, Edfu find place. Vessel; diameter top 17.5 cm, diameter bottom 18 cm, height 25.6 cm, weight 1.30 kg., A top-down view of a round terracotta object with an open circular mouth leading to a dark central hole, showing a rough, slightly uneven rim with small cracks and surface imperfections; the visible colors include shades of reddish-brown, orange, and darker brown within the interior, contrasted against a smooth gray background.
