The four sides of the base are covered with a hieroglyphic inscription in two lines. Osiris mythology; Egyptian deities; mummy-shaped figurines; Egyptian art; Egyptian sculpture. 664–525 BC; Late Period, 26th Dynasty, Egypt. Statuette figurine. Height 31.5 cm; width 9.4 cm., A dark metallic figurine stands upright on a rectangular base against a plain gray background, showing a profile view of a humanlike figure with an elongated headdress that curves upward and backward. The figure's surface is glossy with reflections and areas of lighter sheen, and the overall color appears dark bronze with subtle greenish patina in places. The face has a pronounced nose and stylized features, and a small beard element extends from the chin. The figure's arms are held close to the torso with hands positioned near the midsection, and the body tapers into long legs and flat feet set on the base. The headdress and body show smooth contours and some textured details, and the base has worn edges and slight discoloration.
