Ushabti, Mummy-shaped figurine made of limestone. Arms crossed on the chest, the right folded over the left, holding hoes in each hand. Rectangular basket on the back, slung by a single string over the left shoulder. Three-part smooth wig; almond-shaped eyes, wide nose, prominent mouth in a slight smile. Engraved inscription in a single column on the front of the legs; name illegible. Inscription partial: Shd Osiris mistress of the house of Naa, justified by her voice. ca. 1295–ca. 1186 BC; New Kingdom, 19th Dynasty, Egypt. Shabti. Height 13.3 cm, width 4.3 cm., A standing carved figure viewed from behind on a rectangular base, made of a light beige stone with a rough textured surface; the figure has a rounded head and a narrow torso with a few shallow incised rectangular patterns on one side suggesting a wrapped or detailed arm area, and subtle variations in the stone showing slightly darker beige and tan patches; the background is a flat mid-gray and the base is a dark charcoal color.
