Late Period Egyptian fish figurine, 664–332 BC; material unspecified, height 29 cm, weight 1.812 kg., A sculpted fish-shaped object sits on a flat surface, carved from a speckled dark gray stone with lighter gray and off-white patches; the carving shows a rounded head with a circular eye depression, a streamlined body with a subtle raised ridge along the side, and a set of textured fins including a tall dorsal fin, a smaller fin near the back with carved striations, and a broad tail fin with ribbed detailing; the surface shows a mottled, grainy texture and the background and surface are smooth and muted gray-beige.
