Jug, unknown eastern workshop, cylindrical body, high neck with flared spout and vertical vice, 2nd–3rd century AD, Syria, vessel, height 21.5 cm, width 10.5 cm, A single tall, narrow glass bottle with a rectangular body and rounded shoulders, topped by a short neck and a flattened, wide rim with a draped handle-like strip of glass running from the rim down along the neck; the glass shows a translucent greenish-yellow hue with areas of cloudy, pale beige and brownish surface deposits and mottling, and there are darker green tones near the top and bottom.
