Dilekyt, unknown Syrian workshop; lekythos glass vessel, tube with spirally applied thread folded in half. Type: Barag type XII:2-1. Transparent, colorless glass with light bluish-green tint; decoration of spirally twisted translucent blue glass thread; free-blown. Outer rim diameters: 1 — 3.20 cm, 2 — 2.70 cm. 4th century. Vessel dimensions: height 11.7 cm, width 7.2 cm, depth 3.2 cm; weight 0.08 kg., A translucent glass vessel with a tall, elongated body and a pair of curved handles, showing a few shades of blue and green; the body has a ribbed, ladder-like texture formed by several horizontal glass ridges wrapping around a central vertical seam, and the handles attach near the top and curve outward before returning inward, with the top rim slightly flared and uneven; the background is a smooth gradient of light gray to darker gray.
