Hexagonal jug, eastern workshop, Syria country of find, 1st century AD. Stern type with vessels, series A. Transparent light green glass; ovoid hexagonal body decorated with a convex relief depicting vessels on the arms of an arcade with convex elements. Cylindrical neck terminating in a flaring spout with an inwardly curved edge; blown in a three-part mold. Outer diameter of the spout: 1.90 cm; height: 9.30 cm; body diameter: 4 cm; outer diameter of the bottom: 2.50 cm; weight: 0.034 kg., A translucent object with a pale green and aqua tint fills the frame, viewed from above showing a circular central opening surrounded by a rounded ring and an irregular scalloped outer edge; the glass-like material has cloudy areas, surface imperfections, and a few small brownish spots, and the overall shape includes a short looped protrusion at the top with similar greenish-blue coloration.
