Dated 1800–1650 BC, Middle Cypriot period II–III. Vessel from Cyprus., A worn oval-shaped ceramic vessel with a short neck and a curved handle extending from the rim to the shoulder sits against a plain gray background; the vessel's surface is primarily beige to light tan with areas of pale cream and faint ochre, and it shows a few faded reddish-brown painted patterns in a crosshatched and linear style, as well as small speckles and patches of darker brown and gray on its textured surface.
