Funerary altar of Lucius Terentius Tarpius and Mucia Polla with Latin inscription, unknown Roman workshop. At the top is a channel for a liquid offering. Sides decorated with representations of sacrificial vessels – a jug and a platter with the head of Medusa. End of the 1st century previous dating: 2nd half of the 1st century–1st half of the 2nd century, Roman Empire 27 BC–476. Type: altar; function: sepulchral funerary architecture., classified Gallic scenography, Medusa mythology, Latin inscriptions. Dimensions: height 90 cm, width 59 cm, depth 44 cm; weight 480 kg., A carved rectangular stone pedestal with weathered surfaces in shades of gray and beige, featuring ornamental scrollwork and rounded decorative forms along the top edge, a raised recessed panel on one side, and a molded stepped base; one visible side shows a relief of a draped vessel or urn projecting from the surface, and the stone displays rough textured areas, chips, and worn corners.
