Fragment of a Greek dedicatory inscription, unknown creator/author, tombstone inscription, 70 BC–1 end of the Ptolemaic period or beginning of the Roman period, Egypt, Greek inscription, height 24.2 cm, width 24 cm, depth 4.7 cm, A roughly rectangular fragment of stone with irregular broken edges fills the frame, showing a textured surface with worn, carved areas and a recessed rectangular panel. The stone displays shades of gray, dark gray, light gray, and hints of muted brown, with a small patch of beige on one side and a small square patch of tan. The surface has rough, pitted areas, smoother worn sections, and visible striations and chips along the edges. The background is a uniform medium gray.
