Shabti, mummy-shaped figurine, funerary gift, back supported by a pillar/pilaster. Legs missing. Arms crossed on the chest, right folded over the left. In the right hand, a hoe; in the left, a pickaxe. On the back, a bag slung by a single string over the left shoulder. On the head, a three-part smooth wig painted navy blue. The beard is long and braided. Not inscribed. 664–332 BC, Late Period, Egypt. Height 5.1 cm., A small sculpted object resembling a standing figure, shown against a plain gray background, with smooth rounded contours and a glossy surface; the object displays a blend of blue tones including deep cobalt blue at the top and lighter turquoise and aqua shades toward the lower portion, with some iridescent and white speckled areas and small patches of a beige or tan material along the edges; the figure appears to have subtle raised shapes suggesting a head and body with gentle curves and indentations.
