Red-figure hydria on a high, profiled foot with slightly sloping shoulders; narrow neck widening toward the rim; wide flat rim rolled outward and decorated with vertical-line ornamentation. Three handles: two vertical below the shoulders and one horizontal from the rim to the shoulders. Palmettes beside the handles. Frontal-belly scene: a woman seated on a rock wearing a long chiton; in her right hand she holds two flowers, in her left a kalathos and a wreath. A plate lies on the ground behind her, and a rolled-up cloth hangs in front of her., A painted ceramic vessel with a rounded body, narrow neck, flared lip, and a pedestal foot, shown against a neutral gray background. The vessel has a pair of small curved handles near the shoulder. The surface decoration includes a central figural scene painted in a warm terracotta color against a largely black ground, with additional painted elements in lighter tan and white tones. The neck displays vertical stripes in black and terracotta, while the shoulder and lower body feature decorative bands and stylized motifs in black and terracotta with white accents. The figure depicted wears draped clothing rendered in terracotta lines and appears seated, surrounded by ornamental details such as leaf-like forms and circular decorative shapes in terracotta and white. The lip and base show wear and small areas where the black surface has flaked, revealing the underlying terracotta color. Overall colors visible include black, terracotta, tan, and white.
