Knuckle-shaped fibula, unknown Roman workshop. Fibula with a flat underside, rounded at the top, rising from a horizontal semicircle upwards, bent at an acute angle and terminating in a semicircle with a button in the center. Below the arch, on one side, there is a long spiral, from which a pin emerges; on the other, a high stem bent into a sheath. Material: bronze. Condition: good. Date: 2nd half of the 2nd–1st half of the 3rd century CE Roman Empire. Type: fibula. Dimensions: height 2.6 cm, width 3.7 cm. Provenance: repossession Silesia., A small metallic object with a weathered, rough surface sits against a plain light gray background, showing a mix of brown, dark bronze, and greenish corrosion tones; one end has a sculpted figure with textured facial features and a hand-like form, while the opposite end extends into a curved, slightly tapered arm with a flattened top and a small rounded protrusion; overall the object appears irregular and aged with areas of darker patina and lighter metallic highlights.
