Below the holes are two rather carelessly engraved crosses; the reverse is also decorated with a cross motif. Decoration engraved with a thin, shallow line. Dark wood. 20th century, Ethiopia. Cross; height 26 cm, width 8 cm., A carved wooden object with a tapered elongated shape and a pointed top, showing a dark brown surface with lighter worn areas and scratches; the upper section has symmetrical cutout shapes forming a geometric pattern and raised carved edges, and the lower section features incised triangular and star-like designs; the background is a uniform muted gray.
