In the upper part, above the inscription, three Maltese crosses are arranged symmetrically. Inscription in five lines, rounded letters, 1.5–2.0 cm high, average line spacing 2.5 cm. 6th–7th century, Constantinople, Byzantine Empire 476–1453. Greek inscription, epitaph. Height 29.5 cm, width 29.5 cm, depth 2.0 cm., A rectangular stone slab with rough edges showing a worn surface in shades of gray and off-white, featuring a group of three carved cross shapes near the top and a series of incised linear grooves across its face; the carved areas reveal slightly lighter and more textured stone, and the slab displays subtle streaks and patches of darker gray and faint beige along its edges.
