Fragment of the bottom of a plate with a ring-shaped foot. Pink kaolin ceramic mass Gempeler 1A. The surfaces are polished and covered with a reddish-brown engobe. The vessel is decorated internally, on the bottom of the bowl, using pressing and engraving techniques. These create a composition whose central element is a rosette impressed with almond-shaped stamps forming a pattern. It is surrounded by five concentrically engraved grooves. The band surrounding them consists of a double-course zigzag, made with an impressed roulette. The fields between the zigzag arms are filled with rhomboidal impressions of a stylus . The entire composition is enclosed by eight concentrically engraved grooves. 5th–6th century, unknown type of site / place of discovery, vessel, plate, height 2.7 cm, width 11.4 cm, diameter 10 cm bottom, A broken reddish-brown ceramic fragment with etched curved lines and punctured dot patterns rests against a smooth gray background; the shard shows a rough, lighter-colored edge and visible concentric grooves and petal-like incised shapes on its surface, with colors including reddish-brown, light tan along the broken edges, and various shades of gray in the background.
