A bedroom with four poster bed belonging to a member of the aristocracy or the higher middle class designed by Pierre Contant d'Ivry, a French architect and decorator during the reign of Louis XV.
In 1754 he transformed the Palais Royal (Apartments of the Duchess of Orleans)
