Henri Léon Émile Lavedan (1859-1940). French journalist and dramatic author. Satirist of the French aristocracy and nobility, which served as the principal subject of his plays, some of them interpreted at the French Academy. Anti-dreyfusard, he was elected to the French Academy in 1898.
