Lulworth Cove from NNE. Purbeck, Dorset, 20th century. Lulworth cove, on the Jurassic Coast of England, is a World Heritage Site. The cove is one of the world's finest examples of such a landform, and a tourist attraction. The unique shape of the cove is a result of wave diffraction. The narrow entrance ensures that as waves enter they bend into an arced shape.
