Blackfriars, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, c2000s(?). Interior view of the church nave and north transept looking west. Blackfriars was a Dominican monastery founded c1239. One of the best-preserved Dominican friaries in England, it was converted into a Tudor house and cloth factory after the Dissolution of the Monasteries.
