The Grand Trianon in the Palace of Versailles. The Lord's Room. The King's waiting room - the dining room and waiting room for those inivited to the Empress's residence. The Lord's waiting room in the 17th and 18th Centuries, this room has maintained its' décor, notably the military troyphy that adorns the fireplace. It was the dining room belonging to Madame Mère, then to Empress Marie-Louise, it became the baliff's room of Queen Marie-Amélie under Louis-Philippe.
