Vicenza, Teatro Olimpico, interno: particolare della “porta regia” nel grandioso proscenio del teatro durante lo spettacolo “Son et Lumière”. Il teatro fu progettato da Andrea Palladio. Il cantiere del teatro viene avviato nel 1580, anno della morte dell’architetto. I lavori saranno poi seguiti dal figlio Silla con l’intervento di Vincenzo Scamozzi per la scena e le celebri sette vie di Tebe.

Vicenza, Olympic Theatre, interior: detail of the “porta regia” in the grandiose proscenium of the theatre during the show “Son et Lumière”. The theatre was designed by Andrea Palladio. The construction site of the theatre started in 1580, the year of the architect's death. The works were then followed by his son Silla with the intervention of Vincenzo Scamozzi for the scene and the famous seven streets of Thebes.
