Cimitero Monumentale: veduta del cimitero. In primo piano, l’edicola Campari, con il gruppo scultoreo in bronzo “L’Ultima Cena” di Giannino Castiglioni (1935) posto su un basamento ricavato da un masso erratico porfirico. Il monumento funebre viene eretto (1936-1939) per volontà di Davide Campari (1867-1936), titolare dell’omonima azienda produttrice di bevande e liquori, il cui padre Gaspare intorno al 1865 aveva iniziato la produzione dell’amaro “bitter” a Milano.

Monumental Cemetery: view of the cemetery. In the foreground, the Campari aedicule, with the bronze sculptural group "The Last Supper" by Giannino Castiglioni (1935) placed on a base obtained from a porphyritic erratic boulder. The funeral monument was erected (1936-1939) by the will of Davide Campari (1867-1936), owner of the homonymous company producing beverages and liqueurs, whose father Gaspare around 1865 had started the production of the drink "bitter" in Milan.
