The picture shows the constitutive meeting of the German Bundestag at Reichstag building in Berlin on 20 December 1990 during the opening speech of the chairman by seniority Willy Brandt. It was the first meeting of a parliament which had been formed by free elections in the whole of Germany after the failure of Weimar Republic.
