A young Vietnamese of a so-called youth brigade puts up laundry to dry, photographed in March 1973 not far from Hanoi in North Vietnam at the Street Number 1 of 1,500 kilometres length, built by the French. The United States of America flew about 2,000 air attacks on cities and targets in North Vietnam during the "Christmas bombings" in 1972.
The peace agreement was signed on the 27th of January in 1973 in Paris.
