This Exemption , which there is a counterpart at the Vienna archives, was granted by the Emperor Francis 1 of Austria in view of the ceremony to be held vicariously March 11, 1810 in Vienna. This document authenticated and countersigned by both courtly representatives , who also affixed their seals , is a true copy of the original written in German and preserved in the records of the Court . On March 17 , 1810, the Ambassador of France , Louis Guillaume Otto ( 1753-1817 ) sealed the whole by his signature and red wax seal .
