Pulsnitz is known as Saxony's gingerbread town. Since 2003, a gingerbread market has been taking place here, always on the first weekend in November. All eight Pfefferküchlers in the city and Pulsnitzer Lebkuchenfabrik GmbH will be represented at the Pulsnitzer gingerbread market and will offer their Pulsnitzer gingerbread, such as the popular Pulsnitzer Spitzen, for sale. The Pulsnitz gingerbread market will therefore once again be one of the first Christmas markets to open this year's Christmas market season, Pulsnitz, Saxony, Germany
