View of the Rustiger Nagel observation tower. It was built in 2008 at the mouth of the Sorno Canal and Lake Sedlitz, 21.04.2026. Sedlitzer See is a lake in the Lusatian Lake District. The former lignite mining district is becoming a holiday paradise. Europe's largest created water landscape is being created with two dozen flooded lakes and navigable canals. Five lakes will soon be made navigable via canals, Lieske, Brandenburg, Germany
