Advertising poster, beverage advertisement, scene shows a group of international representatives, including Uncle Sam, who attend a goat fight, 1878. The work served as a humorous advertising illustration for bock beer commissioned by publisher Felix Klemm. The bock goat, buck Goat, is the classic symbol animal for this type of strong beer in English-speaking countries and in the tradition of German immigrants. The fraternical scene symbolizes that beer brings the different nations of the world together in a peaceful and cheerful manner, authentic reproduction of a historical advertising poster, advertising sign, in high resolution
