Fasciated tiger heron (Tigrisoma fasciatum) fishing at the end of the day in the Sarapiqui River in the lowland rainforests of Costa Rica. The heron's amazing concentration and stillness while fishing allowed me to shoot at long shutter speeds to blur the water while still rendering the bird sharp. This image was exposed for 8 seconds!
