Montgomery, Alabama USA - 23 March 2025 - Letter carriers across the country rallied to stop the Trump Administation from stripping the U.S. Postal Service of its independence and possibly privatizing it. The National Association of Letter Carriers says this could lead to higher prices, reduced service, and the destruction of tens of thousands of union jobs. The union joined a march commemorating the 60th anniversary of the historic Selma to Montgomery civil rights march
