It comes from the famous star atlas Harmonia Macrocosmica, published in 1660 by the German-Dutch cartographer Andreas Cellarius, and shows the northern celestial hemisphere, with the constellations illustrated in the traditional ancient (Ptolemaic) representation as mythological figures and animals, digitally restored reproduction from a 17th century original, authentic, exact date of depiction unknown
