It is a famous sky map from the Harmonia Macrocosmica, an important star atlas published in 1660 by German-Dutch cartographer Andreas Cellarius. The map shows the northern constellations, represented as mythological figures and animals that populate the sky. In the center is a depiction of the Earth's northern hemisphere, digitally restored reproduction from a 17th century model, authentic, exact date of depiction unknown
