Costa Rica's Rio Celeste is formed through a mix of volcanic effects and the resulting chemicals and particulates that make up the water. I was fortunate to photograph this view (with magical light!) years ago before access was restricted to the waterfall. This shot couldn't be made today without explicitly breaking National Park Service rules
