The Taiwanese chip manufacturer TSMC is building a new ESMC chip factory in Dresden together with Bosch, Infineon and NXP. The site is next to Bosch's new location in the north of Dresden. The chip manufacturer's CEO is also expected to attend the ground-breaking ceremony in Dresden on 20 August. The plant is scheduled to open in 2027, Dresden, Saxony, Germany
