The restored, listed old log house is located in the village of Ruderitz in the Vogtland, which was first mentioned around 1418. This place belongs to the Burgstein area, which owes its name to the 541 m high Burgstein. The Burgstein area is characterised by a rich alternation of mountains and valleys, meadows and fields and by the restful silence of a rural poetry
