A section of the Carola Bridge has collapsed. Over a length of around 100 metres, the section on which the trams normally run has collapsed into the Elbe. Further demolition of the bridge has been initiated. Sachsenenergie has to replace the heating pipe that collapsed with the bridge and build an interim solution, which will run along the Königsufer and over the Augustus Bridge, Partial collapse of the Carola Bridge in Dresden, Dresden, Saxony, Germany
