History of milk and cream making machinery. A man in a museum of separators. Machines made for the purpose of separating the cream and skim milk from fresh milk. By doing this it was possible to further process the cream into butter and cheese on a small scale. These separators were introduced in the late 1800s. Sweden 1953 ref BM26-4
