Paulino Iglesias Posse 1850 – 1925, better known as Pablo Iglesias, Spanish socialist and labour leader addressing a crowd in 1920. He is regarded as the father of Spanish socialism; having founded the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) in 1879 and the Spanish General Workers' Union (UGT) in 1888.
