The first congress of commanders and administrative staff of special-purpose units of the Tomsk province, 1923. From a collection which contains unique documentary photographs relating to the Russian Civil War in Siberia. The photographs highlight the anti-Bolshevik ("White") movements, underground and partisan activities in Tomsk Province, and the establishment of Soviet rule in Tomsk.
